Where to sleep?
Campsite
Camping is the best way to sleep near climbing walls in Rumney, New Hampshire. There are many in the area, less than 10 minutes from the walls.
The one I tested and recommend is the Baker Rocks. It was perfect. Not too expensive, with showers, lots of space and even wifi (in some places). There are also small chalets and even a bubble available to rent if you don't want to sleep in a tent.
Otherwise, some friends went to Baker River CampgroundThey were very happy with it. You'll be a bit more on top of each other, but it offers all the comforts you need.
Among the other campsites I'd spotted but not tested, you'll find the Rumney Rattlesnake Campground which is the main campsite, opposite the walls.
Hotel/Hostel
If you want to sleep close to the walls, the best solution is camping. However, if you're looking for a little more comfort, there are hotels in the town of Plymouth, NH, about 20 minutes away by car.
There is also a hostel/auberge "Barn Door Hostel and Campground"It's close to the walls and offers a variety of sleeping options. I haven't tested it, but I've heard great things about it.
No specific addresses to recommend at the moment.
Airbnb
There are a few aibnb in the vicinity, but you'll need to get in early to find one that's free for the weekend. I don't have any to suggest, as I haven't tried any out yet.
Where to eat?
There aren't many dining opportunities around Rumney, but if you stray a little you'll find a little more choice.
However, we were able to have brunch at https://goo.gl/maps/9EDMCc2CKfRukVeu7. Nothing exceptional, but very reasonable, especially after the 4-hour drive from Montreal.
You can also visit the local convenience store for shopping. Beware, however, of opening hours. For a larger grocery store, you'll have to go to Plymouth.

The Rumney cliffs
The Rumney cliffs have become one of the major sport climbing destinations on the east coast of the United States. Easily accessible from Canada, they also attract many Quebec climbers.
You'll find routes ranging from 5.3 to 5.15a, with something for everyone. At Rumney, you'll be climbing on Schist. Most routes are no longer than 25m.
The approach walk is fairly short and easy, depending on where you park.

For ice-climbing enthusiasts, it's possible to climb in winter at Rumney. here.
Parking lots for the cliff:
- Main parking lot: (43.8020, -71.8290).
- A smaller parking lot closer to the main wall (43.8010, -71.8340).
During busy periods, you may well run out of parking spaces. In this case, you can park in town or in the campground parking lot opposite the main parking lot (Rattlesnake Mountain Campground).
The parking lots are not free; the cliffs are on land belonging to the forestry services, and it will cost you 5 $ for the first two. I couldn't find the price for the campsite.
